Grow Well Impex – F.Z.E. was incorporated in 2007 in UAE. We are Indenting agents who are also in the business of Exports and Imports of multiple product categories. We indent for products such as Hand tools, J.K. Files, Diesel engine and spares, Welding Electrodes, Grinding Mill and spares among others.
Our History
2006
Established trading business with Nigeria for the 1st time consisting of products in various categories like Agricultural machinery, Engineering goods like Hand tools, Building hardware among others.
2013
Expanded business into various other West African countries such as Mali and Burkina Faso and diversified in items in Agricultural machinery, Diesel engines as well as their spares and Rice Mills acquired from China.
2014
Established the commodity trading business in Gambia with essential items such as Oil, Sugar, Detergent, Multi-purpose and laundry soap among many others.
2017
“Expanded business into other West African countries like Guinea through Conakry.”(namely Conakry)
2019
Introduced new set of items in Mali like woven sack bags and Razor Blades and continues to grow till date.

The driving force of our company, Mr. Manohar Kabra is a veteran who has spent more than 35 years in the industry. His keen expertise and unwavering determination have been instrumental in expanding the business in India, Africa and several other countries.
Mr. Kabra has completed his Bachelor of Engineering followed by a Master in Business Administration from S P Jain Institute of Management & Research.
Mr. Kabra has played a pivotal role in establishing the brand, expansion of channel and direct sales networks and has been a major driving force for consistent success throughout the years. (Mr Manohar Kabra is having more than 35 years of experience in the industry not only in India, but also various other countries, He has travelled widely to most of parts of the world while also being a great visionary. Mr Kabra has received his Bachelors of engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
Under his leadership, the company has grown in Brand Management, Channel and Direct sales as well as Business Development. He has played pivotal role in building the entity into organization.)
